HQ Airport Security Force e‑Bid Invitation for Sniper Rifles, Optics, Weapon Lights and Ballistic Helmets

Headquarters Airport Security Force (HQS ASF) invites sealed e‑bids for procurement of non‑consulting goods as per EPADS v2.0. Tender No. 3/2026-27/Proc. Bidding documents, specifications and requirements are available on the e‑Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit bids online.

Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of Headquarters Airport Security Force. The original bid security must reach the office before bid closing; failure to do so will result in disqualification. Hard copies (sealed envelopes) of the documents, as instructed in the bidding documents, should be forwarded to HQs ASF Procurement Branch Karachi.

Submission and opening: e‑bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0. Bids must be submitted before 2026-09-09 10:00 AM; e‑bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS.
