National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the appointment of a Tax Advisor for fiscal years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Selection will follow the Quality and Cost Based Selection method under the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations 2010.

Key eligibility & experience requirements
  • Sales tax and income tax registration with PRA and FBR respectively.
  • Minimum 20 years of professional experience.
  • Provided tax advisory services to at least 5 listed companies in the last 5 years.
  • Provided tax advisory services to at least 3 public sector / government-owned companies in the last 5 years.
  • Provided tax advisory services to at least 3 power sector companies in the last 5 years.
  • At least 2 Chartered Accountants / tax professionals employed by the firm on the date of EOI.
  • At least six (6) partners in the firm within two months before the date of publication of the EOI.
  • Firms must be on the State Bank of Pakistan category 'A' auditor panel under Section 35(1) of the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962 (where applicable).
  • Engagements previously undertaken should not be less than one year each.
Submission method Submit EOI via e-Procurement (EPADS V2.0) with all documentary evidence. EOI must be signed by a Partner.
