National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified tax consultancy firms for appointment as Tax Advisor for a period of two years covering FY 2026-27 and FY 2027-28. The Tax Advisor will provide tax planning, determine company’s tax liabilities, ensure compliance with tax laws, represent the Company before tax authorities and advise on tax matters.

Experience of providing tax advisory services to at least five (5) listed companies in the last five years. Experience of providing tax advisory services to power sector companies (at least three (3) in the last five years). Other documentary requirements and firm credentials to be submitted as part of EOI.
Submission Method	Submit EOI via e-Procurement and Disposal System (EPADs v2.0). EOIs must be signed by a Partner and accompanied by documentary evidence.
