Auction Notice: Canteen Services at THQ Hospital Lalian, District Chiniot (2026-27)

Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Lalian (Distt. Chiniot) invites bids/auctions for running the hospital canteen for the financial year 2026-27. Interested bidders must submit required documents, tender fee and call deposit as detailed below. Auction and submission dates are strict; bidders must meet eligibility and payment conditions to participate.

Key conditions and requirements:

- Bidding will start from Rs. 36,567 per month (exclusive of all applicable government taxes).

- Without Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), valid applicable enlistment, tender receipt and original CNIC, no one will be allowed to participate in the auction process.

- Bidder must be an active taxpayer (must have NTN & PRA number); otherwise applicable taxes must be deposited as required by law.

- CDR of the 1st and 2nd highest bidders will remain in custody of the procuring agency until award of contract; CDR of unsuccessful bidders will be returned on the spot.

- Successful bidder must submit payment of the successful bid into the government account in three equal installments: first installment within 15 days of award of contract and subsequent installments within 15 days from the start of each quarter.

- Successful bidder will pay all applicable taxes imposed by the Government of Punjab and will comply with required warranty/CDR provisions; non-compliance may result in forfeiture of CDR.

- Hospital Administration reserves the right to accept or reject all bids/offers as per PPRA rules and relevant auction/collection rules.

- Successful bidder must keep the canteen clean, dispose of trash properly and supply/sell products of well-known national or multinational brands as approved by the administration.
