DHA City Karachi Notice: Debarment / Blacklisting of Land Providers

Purpose: Notification to all Land Providers (LPs) offering land to DHA City Karachi that all land and related title/registration documents must be genuine, authentic, legally valid, and free from litigation, dispute, encumbrance or claims.

Requirements and eligibility: Land Providers must ensure that any land offered is supported by valid authority letters from land owners and genuine documentation. Submission of forged, fabricated, fake, illegal, otherwise invalid documents, computer-printed Khataas, or offering land that is under litigation or has defective title is prohibited.

Consequences: Any Land Provider found offering land without proper authority or with fraudulent/invalid documentation, or offering land under litigation or with defective title, shall be disqualified from current and future land acquisition proceedings by DHA City Karachi. The concerned Land Provider(s) will be debarred and blacklisted from participating in any future land acquisition processes undertaken by DHA City Karachi. DHAC Karachi reserves the right to take any other legal or administrative action as deemed appropriate under applicable laws and regulations.
