• Only members holding the qualifying paid-up share capital (Qualifying Share Rs. 500/- under the Cooperative Societies Rules) are eligible to file Nomination Papers and to vote.
• Nomination forms will be issued from the Election Committee office on the dates/times above on production of original CNIC (identity document).
• No Dues Certificate from the Society is required as per the relevant Cooperative Societies rules.
• Nomination Papers must be submitted in sealed cover at the Election Office by the specified last submission date and time.
• Incomplete Nomination Forms or forms without the official seal will be rejected.
• No proxy voting is allowed; members must present the original identity document to vote.
