Pakistan Airports Authority Tender: Hardware Items for Day-to-Day Maintenance at JIAP Karachi (Q1 2026)

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure (E-Pak Rule No. 11(a)) for procurement of various hardware items for day-to-day maintenance for the first quarter of 2026 at PAA residential area, Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi.

Mandatory submission requirements: Valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL); updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year; valid Professional Tax Certificate; copy of CNIC of owner(s); original bid and bid security in hard form on due date & time; affidavits on stamp paper confirming ownership of firm (stamp paper Rs. 200/-) and no blacklisting or pending litigation (stamp paper Rs. 500/-).

Submission/Bid security details: Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order / Bank Draft from any scheduled bank, drawn in favor of "Pakistan Airports Authority." Bidders must submit bids, bid security and mandatory documents electronically through the PPRA EPDAs Web Portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and also submit original bid, bid security and required affidavits in hard copy to the office of the Divisional Engineer Civil-II, JIAP before the submission deadline.

Other important notes: PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules. Pay orders, bank drafts or other financial instruments found fake or dishonored by issuing bank or financial institution at any pre- or post-contract stage may result in blacklisting and legal action as per law.
