Tender Notice — Annual Maintenance, Elevators & Generators (SICHN Karachi) — Bids Close 2026-09-21

Office of the Executive Director, Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN), Government of Sindh, Karachi invites e-bids through the EPADS e-procurement portal for multiple works/supplies for FY 2026-27. Interested bidders must submit applications with a non-refundable tender fee and provide bid security as specified. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-21.

Key submission details: tender documents available from date of publication until 2026-09-21 10:00 a.m.; last date/time for submission of bids 2026-09-21 up to 10:30 a.m.; tenders will be opened on 2026-09-21 at 11:00 a.m. Tender fee (cash deposit) and bid securities must be submitted to the SICHN address below in accordance with the bidding instructions on the EPADS portal. In case of a public holiday the tender will be submitted and opened on the next working day.

Payment and bid security: Tender fee (Rs. 5,000) to be deposited in cash in the Sindh Bank account in favour of “Sindh Institute of Child Health and Neonatology (SICHN)”; paid deposit slip must be submitted at the SICHN First Floor address. Bid security (as mentioned above) must be in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order or Call Deposit in the name of SICHN and reach before the submission deadline.
