Tender Invitation — Supply of 15% Local Purchase Medicines for FY 2026-2027 (THQ Hospital Samaro)

Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Samaro (Taluka Samaro, District Umerkot) invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) / DDP basis from active taxpayers (FBR/SRB) for the purchase of 15% Local Purchase (LP) medicines and allied items for the financial year 2026-2027. Key submission requirements and eligibility (extract): Latest Income Tax Certificate (NTN); valid GST registration; detailed company profile; compliance with bidding terms and standard bidding documents (duly signed & stamped); audited statements of accounts and income tax returns (last 3 years); Sindh Food Authority certificate (current year) where applicable; professional tax certificate (current year); evidence of minimum 3 years' experience with documentary proof; turnover details and bank certificate for last 3 years; certificate of authorized dealer/manufacturer; affidavit that the firm/supplier is not involved in litigation or blacklisted. Tender validity: 90 days. Earnest money: 3% of the bid in the shape of pay order/demand draft (refundable to unsuccessful bidders) in favor of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Samaro. Procuring agency may cancel or reject bids under SPPRA rules.
