PAA Tender: Procurement of Hardware & Day-to-Day Maintenance Items for Q1 2026 at JIAP Karachi

Issuer: Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA). PAA invites sealed bids under E-Pak Rule No. 11(a) (Single Stage One Envelope Procedure) for procurement of various hardware items for day-to-day maintenance for the first quarter of 2026 at PAA restoration area, Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi.

Mandatory documents and eligibility requirements (summary): valid registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listing on Active Taxpayers List (ATL); updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 for the current year; valid Professional Tax Certificate; copy of CNIC of owner(s); original bid and bid security in hard form on due date and time; affidavits confirming firm ownership (on stamp paper Rs. 200/-) and no blacklisting or pending litigation (on stamp paper Rs. 500/-).

Bid security must be submitted as a Pay Order / Bank Draft from any scheduled bank in favor of "Pakistan Airports Authority." Bidders must submit bids, bid security and mandatory documents electronically through the PPRA-EPADS Web Portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) before the submission deadline. Original bid, bid security and required affidavits must also be submitted in person to the office of the Divisional Engineer Civil-II, JIAP, on the due date and time.

Other terms: PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules. Pay orders, bank drafts or other financial instruments found fake or dishonored by the issuing bank/institution at any pre- or post-contract stage will result in blacklisting and legal action as per law.
