Tender Notice — Supply of Medicines, Surgical & General Store Items | THQ Hospital Hazro

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Hazro, District Attock. The hospital invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, manufacturers, authorized sales & service dealers for framework contracts for supply of medicines, surgical/disposable items and miscellaneous/general store items for financial year 2026-27.

Key submission and bid conditions:

- Interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement website and are required to be registered with PPRA/Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) as applicable. Websites referenced: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

- Bidding documents containing eligibility & detailed requirements will be available on the e-Procurement portal. Bidding documents are available up to 2026-10-05 (until 11:00 AM).

- Bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement Punjab system or delivered as specified, on or before 11:00 AM on 2026-10-05, accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, Banker’s Cheque or online as permitted. Late submissions will not be accepted.

- Technical & Financial proposals should be prepared in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents. Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure will be followed as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).

- Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM (2026-10-05) in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
