Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (Procurement & Transport Wing) invites e-bids from eligible bidders (firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order service providers/JVs, if applicable) registered with relevant authorities and tax departments for multiple procurement lots for the FY 2026-27. Bidders must submit e-bids against each Head/ Lot separately via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Bid security: 3% of the estimated cost must accompany each e-bid as a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) issued via the e-Procurement System.
- Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk.
