NAVTTC Expression of Interest 2026 — Pre-Qualification for Training Service Providers (Apply by 2026-10-02)

National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from technically competent and financially sound public and private Technical and Vocational Training Institutes, universities, small and medium enterprises, and entities to deliver specialized training programs in multiple priority sectors under the Prime Minister's Youth Program (PMYSDP). These programs must lead to internationally recognized certifications.

Eligibility & key requirements:

• Institutes must have required infrastructure and facilities as prescribed under NAVTTC's notified qualifications (details on NAVTTC website).
• Each institute can apply for only one sector. If applying for more than one sector, the institute must possess relevant infrastructure for each sector.
• No joint ventures (JVs) allowed.
• Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained; institutes affiliated/accredited with international bodies will be preferred.
• Provision of biometric machines and CCTV cameras with IP links is mandatory.
• NAVTTC may involve internal/third-party resources in the pre-qualification process.
