Local Government & Community Development (LG&CD), Civil Division Sahiwal invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for works under the Sustainable Development Goals Achievement Programme (SAP) 2026-27.
Key actions & submission: Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/login) on or before 2026-10-12 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Assistant Engineer, LG&CD Department, Civil Sub Division Okara.
Important conditions: Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be furnished as a Digital Bank Guarantee (SWIFT MT760) via the Punjab e-Procurement System. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Security equal to 10% of the contract price (SWIFT MT760) as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Bid validity: 60 days from bid opening.
