The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification of consulting firms/consultants for Ecosystem Development (Policy Analysis, Formulation, Reforms & Industry Data Development). This pre-qualification will be used to shortlist consultants for subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP) and contract award under funded procurement for FY 2026-27.
