PKLI & RC Invitation to Bidders — Supply/Service SLAs (Bid Deadline 2016-09-28)

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center (PKLI&RC) invites e-bids from eligible vendors/firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities for multiple supply/service tenders. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PKLI website and through Punjab e-Procurement/PPRA portals. E-bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key instructions:

- Submit e-bids online on or before 2016-09-28 at 11:00 AM via Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Hard copies of e-bids are not required.

- Bidders must be registered with Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of 2% of the estimated amount must be provided electronically through the e-Procurement system as prescribed.

- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder representatives on the same day. Bid validity is 180 days. In case of an official holiday on the submission date, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
