Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of South Punjab Authority. LWMC invites unconditional bids / joint ventures for outsourcing of solid waste management (along with available resources) for Tehsil Faisalabad (Urban‑I) for a period of four (4) years, extendable to another two (2) years.
Bidding will be conducted online through the Punjab e‑Procurement System under the Single Stage – Two Envelope (least cost selection) procedure.
