PITB Tender: Turnkey Renovation, Partitioning, Electrical, HVAC, Furniture & IT Works

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed bids for procurement of renovation, partitioning, electrical, HVAC, furniture and IT works on a turnkey basis for a PITB-implemented project (EGOV-18).

Key instructions: Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single-Stage Two-Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender documents are available free of cost from PITB and PPRA websites: www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Technical and financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted online by 11:00 hours on 08 October 2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date. Late, unsigned, stamped, incomplete or unsupported bids will be rejected. Bidders are advised to ensure uploading their bids on eP Portal well before the submission deadline.
