Municipal Committee Choa Saidan Shah invites electronic bids from eligible and registered contractors/firms/companies for execution of the following development schemes through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key Conditions:
- Procurement method: Single Stage–One Envelope via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
- Eligibility: Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities (including PEC where applicable), FBR/PRA, registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and possess valid NTN and Active Taxpayer status.
- Bid Security: 5% of the estimated cost of each scheme as specified above, in the prescribed form.
- Submission: Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-10-14 at 11:00 AM.
- Opening: Bids will be opened electronically the same day at 11:30 AM.
- Bid validity: Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
- Completion period for each scheme: 03 months.
- Additional conditions such as performance/security, taxes, duties, and applicable rules apply as per Punjab Procurement Rules and related regulations.
