Issuer: Municipal Committee Kotli Sattian (District Murree). Municipal Committee invites e-tenders through the Punjab E-Procurement System for the 2026-27 schemes listed below. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered on Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login). Electronic bid security of 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Physical financial instruments (CDRs, pay orders, bank guarantees) will NOT be accepted.
Key deadlines and procedures:
- Electronic submission of item-wise rates via BOQ must be completed before 01:00 PM on 2026-10-12.
- All contractors will participate in the tender opening process at 02:00 PM on 2026-10-12.
- Successful bidder(s) will be announced on 2026-10-12 at 02:30 PM in the office of Municipal Committee Kotli Sattian in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee on the Punjab E-Procurement portal.
Special eligibility note: Contractors wishing to participate in the solar street lights package (Sr. No. 4) must hold the appropriate PEC electrical codes (as shown) and relevant license/approval from the Punjab Energy Department / Electric Inspectorate where required.
