MEPCO Tender — Shifting, Safe Handling & Erection of HT/LT Steel Structures (Rahim Yar Khan Circle)

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) — MEPCO Circle Rahim Yar Khan. MEPCO invites electronic bids for outsourced services for shifting, safe handling, transportation and erection of HT/LT steel structures including foundation and earthing works for FY 2026-27.

Scope highlights: loading from MEPCO field stores, safe handling and transportation to site, erection of HT/LT steel structures; foundation works including excavation, RCC concreting (1:2:4), curing, backfilling and compaction (civil materials to be provided by MEPCO); earthing installation including transporting, welding and earth-resistance testing as per WAPDA instructions (earthing material to be provided by MEPCO).

Eligibility & submission:

• Bids to be submitted electronically through the PPRA e-Procurement System (EPADS v2.0). Manual/physical bids will not be accepted.
• Eligible and registered contractors with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for FY 2026-27 in relevant categories/specializations (including CE-10, EE-04, EE-05) may participate.
• Bid submission/ opening office: Superintending Engineer (OP), MEPCO Circle Rahim Yar Khan.
• Successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Security (as specified in the bidding documents) — the notice states a performance security equivalent to 5% of the contract value to be provided within the time allowed.
• Bid validity and other procurement conditions shall follow MEPCO/EPADS rules (the notice indicates standard bid validity period and procurement conditions as per EPADS/MEPCO).
