NGC Tender — Hiring Office Space 30,000–40,000 sq.ft in Islamabad

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites sealed/e‑procurement offers for hiring ready-to-occupy office space in Islamabad of approximately 30,000 sq.ft. to 40,000 sq.ft. (single premises or adjacent floors) on a minimum five (05) year lease.

Required property features and facilities include uninterrupted 24-hour passenger lifts, dedicated parking for a minimum of 50 cars and 50 motorbikes, availability of utilities (drinking water, electricity, landline), standby generator, HVAC system, fire detection & firefighting system, backup power/generator, telephone connectivity, CCTV and security arrangements, dedicated passenger & service lifts, separate toilets for men & women on each floor, janitorial and maintenance services, and an accessible passenger/staff entrance.

Preferred locations: any commercial area of Islamabad, preferably Blue Area (Jinnah Avenue), and sectors G-7, G-8, G-10, F-7, F-9, F-6, F-10, I-9, I-10 and Kashmir Highway. Preference will be given to buildings with good public-transport access.

Submission instructions: Offers must be submitted through the NGC e-procurement system (E-PADs). A bid security (in the form of pay order) equal to 2% of the estimated value is required. Bids will be opened publicly after submission.

Deadline for submission: 2016-10-16 (E-PADs submission by 11:00 AM; opening thereafter per tender notice).
