Municipal Committee Choa Saidan Shah invites electronic bids from eligible and registered contractors/firms/companies for execution of the following development schemes through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System).

Important Instructions & Conditions
• Submission method: Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System) only. Visit the Punjab e-Procurement portal to view tender details and submit bids.
• Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost of each scheme as stated above.
• Eligibility: Bidders must be duly registered with relevant authorities (including PEC, FBR, PRA and Punjab e-procurement System) and possess valid NTN/PNTN and active taxpayer status.
• Deadline for submission: Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 2026-10-14 at 11:00 AM. Opening of bids: 2026-10-14 at 11:30 AM.
• Bid validity: Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
• Completion period: The completion period for each scheme is 03 months as indicated above.
• Other: Conditional, incomplete, late, misleading or bids not accompanied by valid bid security shall be rejected. Taxes, statutory requirements, execution of work, additional performance/security and applicable Punjab Procurement Rules shall apply as per the bidding documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
