How to apply and key conditions:
- Bidding/Submission: Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx). Bids to be submitted on or before 14.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically the same day at 11:30 AM.
- Eligibility: Bidders must be duly registered with relevant authorities, including PEC, FBR, PRA and the Punjab e-procurement System, and possess valid NTN/PNTN and Active Taxpayer status.
- Bid Security: 5% of the estimated cost of each scheme, as indicated in the table, in the prescribed form and manner.
- Other conditions: Single Stage—One Envelope procedure; bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement System; bid validity 120 days from date of opening; completion period for each scheme is 03 months; further terms, evaluation criteria, performance security, taxes and statutory charges as per bidding documents and Punjab Procurement Rules.
