Key instructions: Bidding will be conducted under Single Stage–One Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must be duly registered with relevant authorities (including PEC, FBR, PRA) and Punjab e-Procurement System, possess valid NTN/PNTN and active taxpayer status. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost of each scheme is required.
Submission deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-10-14 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid validity is 120 days from the date of opening. Additional performance or quality assurance security shall be deposited where applicable in accordance with rules.
