LESCO Invitation to Bid: Service/Maintenance Agreement for Canon & Xerox Printers (Closing 2026-10-22)

Issuer: Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO).

LESCO invites sealed electronic bids through E-PADs on a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for a Service Level / Maintenance Agreement for Canon and Xerox printers installed at LESCO IT Centers. Procurement is financed from LESCO's local funds on FCS basis. Consignee/Delivery location: Chief (IT) Officer, 132 kV Ghazi Grid Station, Barki Road, Lahore.

• Eligible bidders: Firms/vendors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for NCB tenders.
• Submission method: Electronic bids must be prepared and uploaded on the E-PADs portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Only the Bid Bond/Guarantee is to be submitted in hard copy.
• Hard-copy Bid Bond/Guarantee delivery: Chief Engineer (Material Management), LESCO HQ, 3rd Floor, Room No. 312, 22-A Queen's Road, Lahore, on or before the deadline.
