E‑Tender Notice — Buildings Division Rajanpur (e‑Procurement)

Buildings Division, Rajanpur invites e-tenders from eligible engineering firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for the following works. Bidders must possess a valid PEC license and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Financial instruments (bid security, performance guarantee, etc.) must be provided as required and submitted in accordance with the e-Procurement rules and the conditions below.

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

• Contractors/firms must be registered with PEC in the relevant category/codes and must have valid registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
• All bids to be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Hard copy financial proposals/instruments should be handled as required by the e-Procurement rules and the tender documents.
• As per PPRA rules, the lowest evaluated bidder will submit a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of issuance of the letter of acceptance (in favour of Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Rajanpur) in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order/Cashier Cheque or bank guarantee.
• Bid security / earnest money amounts are indicated per work in the table below. Contractors should follow the DNIT and e-Procurement portal for full tender documents, terms and conditions and submission/upload instructions.
