SEPCO Invitation to E‑Bids — Distribution Transformers, HT/LT Structures, Cables & Electrical Materials (Oct 2026)

Manager (Material Management), Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites electronic bids (e‑bids) from registered / prequalified firms, manufacturers and general order suppliers for multiple procurement packages of distribution transformers, HT/LT steel structures, insulators, conductors, cables, switchgear accessories and related electrical materials. Procurement will be conducted on a single‑stage, single‑envelope e‑tendering procedure through the EPADS v2.0 portal on an FCS (free delivery to consignee's stores) basis.

Important participation requirements:

- Bidders must be registered/prequalified as required and eligible to participate (manufacturers and general order suppliers as specified).

- Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

- Electronic submission via EPADS v2.0 is mandatory; manual bids will not be accepted. Tender documents, conditions and specifications are available on the EPADS portal.
