RFP: Design Review & Construction Supervision for District Headquarter Hospital — Kolai Palas

Office of the Executive Engineer, Communication & Works Department, Mega Projects III, Hazara Division Abbottabad invites electronic proposals (Request for Proposals) from shortlisted consultants of C&W Department (Building Sector) for design review and construction supervision of a District Headquarter Hospital in District Kolai Palas, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Key instructions and eligibility: Consultants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and the C&W Department (Building Sector). Selection will follow Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) system and procedures described in the RFP documents.

How to obtain documents and submit: RFP documents are available electronically from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) website. Original bid security and signed originals of required documents must be submitted in hard copy to the Office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Department, Mega Projects III, Hazara Division, Abbottabad (address given in the RFP). Pre-bid meeting and other dates: A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, 2025-10-05 at the office of the undersigned. The deadline for proposal submission is 2025-10-12 at 12:00 Noon.
