Issuer: District Council Sahiwal (Chief Officer / Administrator)
Purpose: Invitation for bids under a Framework Contract for civil works for FY 2026-27. Bids are invited for multiple lots covering rehabilitation, repair and improvement of metalled roads; providing and fixing RCC manhole covers; construction of RCC culverts; construction of drains, sullage carriers, sewerage & desilting; and soling, re-soiling & tuff tile works.
Submission & opening: Complete bids must be scanned and uploaded electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) by 2026-10-10 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened in the office of District Council Sahiwal on 2026-10-10 at 12:30 PM.
Eligibility & requirements: Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. Earnest money (bid security) amounts are specified per lot in the table below.
