DHA City Karachi Tender: Energization of Sector 2-O, C-41 and West Avenues

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority, DHA City Karachi (DHAC) invites sealed bids for the energization works for Sector 2-O, C-41, PC-01 West Avenue, PC-04 West Avenue and Sector-1 feedback supply. Tender documents available from 06 July 2026.

Eligible contractors must hold valid PEC registration C-4 or above (PEC codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04, EE-05), be active taxpayers with FBR, and submit a bid document fee of Rs. 10,000 (pay order in favor of DHA City Karachi). A bid security equal to 2% of the bid amount (pay order/bank guarantee/insurance bond in favor of DHA City Karachi) is required with the financial proposal. Pre-bid meeting: 16 July 2026 at 14:30 (Main Conference Room, DHA City Karachi). Submission deadline: 29 July 2026 by 14:30; technical proposals will be opened same day at 15:00.
