AKRSP RFQ: Hydro-Mechanical & T&D Accessories for Dizg 230 kW Mini Hydel Project (Chitral)

Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) invites sealed quotations from qualified, experienced and financially capable manufacturers, suppliers, firms and companies for the manufacturing, supply and transportation of hydro-mechanical and T&D accessories for the Dizg 230 kW Mini Hydel Project.

Key tender details:

Eligibility & minimum experience/financial requirements:

• At least one satisfactory completed project or similar assignment with a single or combined contract value of at least PKR 4 million completed within the last five years.
• Bidder's annual turnover for each of the last two financial years shall be at least PKR 5 million, supported by relevant financial documents.

Required submission contents:

• Completed and signed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and unit rates.
• Applicable taxes, company/firm details, relevant experience documents, financial-capacity documents, and required technical documentation.
• All quoted prices shall include manufacturing, fabrication, testing, packing, loading, transportation, unloading and delivery costs as specified in the RFQ.

Submission method: Sealed quotations may be submitted by hand or through courier. AKRSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations in accordance with its procurement procedures.
