TMA Banda Daud Shah (Karak) E-Bid Invitation for Distribution of Pipelines — Two Packages (Estimated PKR 20.0M each)

Issuer: Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), Banda Daud Shah, District Karak, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Electronic bids are invited for pipeline distribution works under the Karak Area Development Project (KADP) for FY 2025-26.

Key submission details:

• Submission method: Electronic submission via ePROCURE/ePADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Manual bids will not be accepted.
• Bid submission deadline: 12:00 hours on 2026-10-21. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 hours at the Office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Banda Daud Shah.
• Bid security: 2% of estimated cost (in PKR). For these packages the shown bid security is Rs. 400,000/- each.
• Original CDR (bid security) must be submitted in favor of TMO, TMA Banda Daud Shah with the name of the firm noted on the CDR; original CDR must reach the undersigned by date/time of bid opening (not later than 12:30 hours) or security will be forfeited.
• Documentation fee: 0.03% of each scheme's estimated cost (as indicated) to be deposited.

Minimum eligibility & required documents (to be uploaded with e-bid and original CDR submitted as required):

• Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration/certificate in category C-6 or above (FY 2026-27).
• Valid enlistment/registration with Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Peshawar) FY 2026-27.
• Valid enlistment with Provincial Government (Works Department) as applicable.
• Active taxpayer status on FBR list.
• KPRA registration for FY 2026-27.
• Copy of CNIC and other documentary evidence as listed in the bidding documents.
• Bidders must be registered on the EPADS/eProcure portal.

• Only bids submitted electronically through EPADS will be considered; incomplete/non-compliant bids or bids without required CDR/original documents at opening may be rejected.
