Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Health & Population Department — District Health Officer (Medical Services), District Health Authority Rawalpindi.
Purpose: Invitation to bids under Single Stage–One Envelope procedure for five independent lot-wise framework rate contracts for medicines, medical devices, laboratory reagents, stationery, printing, general store items, equipment and related supplies for FY 2026-27. Eligibility criteria and specific documentary requirements apply by lot (manufacturers, authorized importers/distributors, registered firms, Centralized Drug-license holders where relevant).
Bidding instructions: Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) in accordance with portal instructions.
