The Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantt announces that official records show leasehold rights of Property No. 891-A (Survey No. 8-94, Schedule IX-A, CLA Rules 1937) in Chairman Housing Scheme, Wah Cantt are registered in the name of Nasir Ahmad son of Abdul Latif. A power of attorney document (No. 0000521-2025-1095 dated 2025-12-12) appoints Fakhra Fayyaz wife of Waseem Iqbal as general attorney, and she has applied to transfer the leasehold rights to her husband Waseem Iqbal son of Parvez Iqbal by gift under Shariat-e-Muhammadi.
Any person or institution having objections or supporting evidence must submit them within 15 days of this notice’s publication to the Cantonment Board Wah Cantt office by registered post or in person; otherwise proceedings will continue as per rules.
