Notice to Resume Duty — Muhammad Asif Hamayun, Research Associate, COMSATS University Islamabad

COMSATS University Islamabad (Islamabad Campus) has issued a Notice to Resume Duty for Mr. Muhammad Asif Hamayun, Research Associate, Department of Physics, who has been absent from duty w.e.f. 2026-04-13. He was previously notified of unauthorized absence by email dated 2026-05-20 and by a formal notice (Letter No. CUI-HR (ISB)/PF-2377/2012/26/1199) dated 2026-06-10.

Mr. Hamayun is directed to report for duty and submit a written explanation for his wilful absence within fifteen (15) days of the publication of this notice; failure to comply will result in an ex-parte decision under CUI Clause 15 of the Employees Efficiency & Discipline Rules, 2006, which may lead to a major penalty including removal/dismissal from service.
