Issuer: Cantonment Board Gujranwala (Military Lands & Cantonments Department). Invitation to bid for multiple civil works packages under Single Stage Two-Envelope Procedure through online E-PADS tendering. Eligible contractors/firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category) for the year 2026-27 and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (FBR). Bidding documents available and bids to be submitted online via E-PADS portal. Non-refundable bidding document fee: PKR 5,000 per package. Earnest money (2% of estimated cost) to be submitted as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Cantonment Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Gujranwala. Original CDR to be attached with technical proposal.
