The Deputy Works & Contracts Engineer (DW&CE), Directorate of Civil/Irrigation (DCI), Islamabad invites pre-qualification and bidding from firms/contractors enlisted with MES for construction/provision/installation works and associated consultancy services at DCI Islamabad. Firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the shape of CDC, Defence Saving Certificates, or pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad.

Pre-qualification applications and bidding documents will be received from 2026-09-25 onward until 2026-10-08 for the following packages:

Sealed bids will be received in the office of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad up to 12:30 hrs on 2026-10-09 and will be opened on the same date at 14:00 hrs in the presence of authorized representatives. All bids received shall be opened and evaluated in the manner prescribed in the bidding document. The advertisement and bidding documents are also available on the PPRA website: www.ppra.org.pk.pk
