The Director Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE), Defence City Islamabad (DCI) invites pre-qualification and bidding from firms/contractors enlisted with MES for construction and consultancy works. Firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the shape of a CDR, pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Applications for pre-qualification will be received from 2026-09-25 to 2026-10-08 for the works listed below.
Sealed bids will be received in the office of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad up to 1230 hrs on 2026-10-09 and will be opened the same date at 1400 hrs in the presence of authorized representatives. All bids will be opened and evaluated in accordance with the bidding documents. The advertisement and bidding documents are also available on the PPRA website.
