DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad invites applications for pre-qualification and bidding from firms/contractors enlisted with MES for works at DCI Islamabad. Firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the shape of CDR or Defence Saving Certificates pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued to qualified contractors only.
