Tender for Procurement of Medicines, Surgical Items and Consumables for Sehat Sahulat Program — Muhammad Ayaz Shaheed Memorial Hospital, Mardan

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Muhammad Ayaz Shaheed Memorial Hospital (Category C/THQ), Takht Bhai, District Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Procurement Purpose: Supply of medicines, surgical items, disposables and other consumables for Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP) patients for Financial Year 2026–2027. Bids to be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) under the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with applicable Khyber Pakhtunkhwa procurement rules.

Eligibility requirements include but are not limited to:

1. Registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appearance on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
2. Possession of valid NTN / SRN as applicable.
3. Possession of a valid drug license or manufacturing license where applicable to quoted items.
4. Registration/enrolment on the e-PADS / KPPRA system, where applicable.
5. Registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa relevant authorities where applicable.
6. Not blacklisted or debarred by any government department or agency.
7. Fulfilment of other eligibility and qualification requirements specified in the Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs).
