Invitation to Bid: Transportation Services for ITNs Mass Campaign in Merged Districts, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Common Management Unit (CMU) for the Global Fund — sealed bids are invited for hiring transportation services for Insecticidal Treated Nets (ITNs) to selected merged districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the ITNs Mass Campaign under the Global Fund Malaria grant (Procurement Ref: CMU/DoMC-079/2026).

Bidding will follow National Competitive Bidding (Single Stage — Two Envelope). Eligible transport firms must be registered with tax authorities, appear on the Active Taxpayers List, and have relevant experience. A refundable bid security of PKR 500,000 is required. Bidding documents may be obtained/ downloaded until 25 July 2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Sealed bids must be submitted via the PPRA e-procurement portal and reach the procuring office by 28 July 2026 at 11:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
