Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) gives notice of its 29th Annual General Meeting to be held at OGDCL Headquarters, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad on October 16, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The meeting will consider ordinary business including confirmation of minutes, adoption of audited accounts for year ended June 30, 2026, approval of a final cash dividend of Rs.6.00 per share (60%) as recommended by the Board, appointment of auditors for 2026–27 and their remuneration, and other business with permission of the Chair.
