- Share transfer books will be closed for determining entitlement to attend and vote (closure period stated in the notice).

- Shareholders must provide original CNIC or original passport when attending the meeting. Corporate representatives must present the board resolution/power of attorney and specimen signatures.

- A member entitled to attend and vote may appoint a single proxy; proxies must be deposited at the company’s registered office at least 48 hours before the meeting and must be accompanied by the proxy holder’s original CNIC or a duly attested copy.

- Members entitled to receive printed financial statements (as per Section 132 of the Companies Act, 2017) should submit a written request if they qualify under the specified conditions.

- Shareholders who wish to receive audited financial statements and notices by email or to participate virtually are requested to provide/update their email address, CDC account/folio number, CNIC and contact details as instructed by the company; an electronic transmission option is available as per Section 223(6) of the Companies Act, 2017.
