PCSIR Re-Tender: Supply & Installation of Equipment for Additive Manufacturing & Reverse Engineering Center (Karachi)

Ministry of Science & Technology — Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR) Head Office, Islamabad invites electronic bids (Re-Tender) for the supply and installation of equipment/machinery on Single Stage Two Envelope basis through the e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) under the PSDP project titled "Establishment of Materials Resource Center and Development of Additive Manufacturing & Reverse Engineering Center at PCSIR." Tender Enquiry No: MRC&AMRE/PCSIR/Equipment/2026/02.

Eligible bidders: reputed & registered manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers and government contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the FBR Active Tax Payer list.

Submission and opening: Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS v2.0 (www.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened via EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.

Earnest money shall be deposited as bank draft/call deposit from any scheduled bank in favor of The Project Director (MRC&AMRE). Delivery will be on FOR basis to PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Karachi. PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids or proposals in accordance with applicable PPRA rules.
