PCSIR Tender: Supply & Installation of Equipment for Materials Resource and Additive Manufacturing Centers (Packages I & II)

Issuer: Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology, Head Office, Constitution Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad.

Purpose: Electronic bids are invited for the supply and installation of equipment/machinery under PSPP project “Establishment of Materials Resource Center and Development of Additive Manufacturing & Reverse Engineering Center at PCSIR”. Bidding will be conducted on a single-stage two-envelope basis via EPADS v2.0.

Eligibility: Registered manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers and government contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as Active Tax Payers on FBR list.

Submission: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened via EPADS v2.0.

Key dates and times: Bids must be submitted on or before 2026-10-13 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.

Payment: Earnest money must be deposited as bank draft/call deposit from any scheduled bank in favor of The Project Director (MRC&AMRE), PCSIR.

Delivery: Place of delivery is PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Karachi on FOR basis.

Other: PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or proposals or to change the scope of work as per PPRA rules. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified in terms of Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004; related notifications are available on the procuring agency and PPRA websites.
