PCSIR Re-Tender: Supply & Installation of Equipment/Machinery for Materials Resource & Additive Manufacturing Centre

Issuer: Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR), Head Office, Constitution Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad.

Purpose: Electronic bids are invited under PSDP project “Establishment of Materials Resource Center and Development of Additive Manufacturing & Reverse Engineering Center at PCSIR” for the supply and installation of equipment/machinery on a single-stage two-envelope basis (package-wise).

Tender Enquiry No: MRC&AMRE/PCSIR/Equipment/2026/02 (Re-Tender). Bidding and submission will be through the e‑Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) at www.eprocure.gov.pk.

Key conditions: Only registered manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers and government contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR may bid. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS v2.0. Manual bid submission will not be accepted.

Submission & opening: Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 2026-10-13 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on 2026-10-13 at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0.

Earnest money must be deposited as bank draft/call deposit from a scheduled bank in favour of The Project Director (MRC&AMRE), PCSIR.

Delivery: Delivery will be on FOR basis to PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Karachi. PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules. Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified as per Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004; related notification is available on the procuring agency and PPRA websites.
