PCSIR Tender: Supply & Installation of Equipment for Materials Resource Center (Packages I & II) — Karachi

Ministry of Science & Technology — Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR) invites electronic bids for the supply and installation of equipment/machinery under PSDP project "Establishment of Materials Resource Center and Development of Additive Manufacturing & Reverse Engineering Center at PCSIR." Tender Enquiry No: MRC&AMRE/PCSIR/Equipment/2026/02 (Re-Tender).

E-bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Procurement & Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0; manual submissions will not be accepted.

Key dates: Electronic submission deadline is Tuesday, 2026-10-13 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on Tuesday, 2026-10-13 at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0.

Eligibility: Reputed and registered manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers and government contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Tax Payer list of FBR.

Earnest money: To be deposited in the shape of bank draft/call deposit from any scheduled bank in favour of The Project Director (MRC&AMRE), PCSIR.

Place of delivery: PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Karachi on FOR basis. PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
