NHA Prequalification: Construction of Kach Harnai–Sanjavi Road Packages I & II — Apply by 2026-10-20

National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications) invites applications for prequalification through the e-Bidding System for construction of Kach Harnai–Sanjavi Road, Package I and Package II.

Eligibility: Constructors registered with the Income Tax Department, listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List, and holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the category shown with specialization in CE-01 & CE-02.

Prequalification documents can be downloaded free from the NHA website from 2026-10-02. Applicants must follow the NHA website for any schedule updates or addenda.

Submission: Proposals/applications must be prepared per the Prequalification Documents and must reach the address below on or before 2026-10-20 by 11:30 Hours. Proposals will be opened the same day at 12:00 Hours. This process is through the e-Bidding System; firms are advised to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
