National Highway Authority (Procurement & Contract Administration Section), Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan invites applications for prequalification (through e‑bidding system) from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department, on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR, and holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration with specialization CE‑01 & CE‑02 for the following road projects.

Prequalification documents may be downloaded free of cost from the NHA website from 2026‑10‑02. Applicants must prepare proposals in accordance with the instructions provided in the Prequalification Documents. Completed proposals/applications must reach the address below on or before 2026‑10‑20 at 11:30 hours; proposals will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours.
Firms are advised to obtain EPPS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately. The advertisement is also available at www.ppra.org.pk and e‑bidding portal at ebidding.nha.gov.pk.
